We try to keep prices as low as possible.

We pride ourselves in ensuring our customers aren’t paying too much for their balloons which also applies when it comes to delivery rates.

Our policy offers free delivery within a 3 mile radius of Houghton le Spring and set up is always included in the price. But when it comes to larger orders or further distances, we may need to add an extra charge to cover our fuel costs.

Whilst we are celebrating our first year anniversary, we would like to stress that we are still a small and fairly new business. Unfortunately we don’t have the privileges of a large transport vehicle.

As a result, fairly large orders may have a slightly higher delivery charge than smaller ones to accommodate for the extra trips we need to make.

When it comes to long distance journeys, we are always happy to try and keep the cost down if possible. If we can fit your order into our two delivery cars then we will be sure to work out the appropriate price.

However if we can’t, we may be able to come to a better arrangement where the balloons can be done at the venue instead.

It’s always important for you to ask if you have any concerns, as we always try to accommodate you and make sure you aren’t paying too much for your order!
